SANDPOINT — Nu Jack City is bringing its high energy non-stop dancing concert to The Hive Friday, March 20.
With sounds ranging from Motown and R&B to funk, soul and blues, the Spokane-based Nu Jack City makes your feet start tapping and your whole body get to grooving.
“Ain’t No Party like a Nu Jack Party” has been their saying for many years and now, Nu Jack’s frontman and band leader Max Daniels is excited to share a whole new vibe featuring some new performers but the same great music and high-quality entertainment.
Sandpoint locals will see a familiar face as Keely Gray, formerly of Sandpoint, take the stage on vocals and background vocals.
“Max Daniels is the absolute ultimate performer and entertainer. I don’t think there’s a song he doesn’t know and he absolutely astonishes me as he goes from song to song to song with maximum energy,” said The Hive’s general manager, Mack Deibel. “It’s truly one show that is truly for everyone but people who love dancing to hits of the '60s, '70s and '80s will especially fall in love because the bring some of the greatest songs back to life in an amazing, shared experience at their concerts."
You can get tickets online or at the door for $15.
The Hive is a concert venue and event center with limited seating but when you’re not dancing, there’s usually a friendly face to join for a quick break or an extra chair to be found. Reserved seating options are available online or by emailing [email protected].
