Join Daily Inter Lake reporter Taylor Inman as she goes over the week’s biggest headlines for Northwest Montana.

Reporting from Hungry Horse News Editor Chris Peterson digs into the history of Montana’s oldest oil well, which is set to be plugged this year in Glacier National Park.

We’ll get the low-down on the $1.1 million general fund levy request put before voters by Kalispell Public Schools this year, per Daily Inter Lake’s education reporter Hilary Matheson.

Daily Inter Lake reporter Jack Underhill spoke to local aviation experts to understand the risks of backcountry flying, following two fatal crashes that occurred at Ryan Field last summer.

And we’ll get the latest from Libby city officials on the recently lifted health advisory on their water supply, which was originally caused by extensive flooding in December.
