COEUR d'ALENE — Hagadone Marine Group has named Taylor Fore as general manager of Hagadone Marine Center, tapping a longtime company leader to oversee operations at one of the region’s largest marine facilities.
Fore joins the marine division from The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, where he served as head golf professional. In that role, he led a staff of more than 150 employees across five departments and managed day-to-day operations, staff development and financial performance.
A nine-year veteran of Hagadone Corporation, Fore brings experience in business operations, team leadership and organizational development. Company officials said in a press release that his familiarity with the organization and its recent growth made him a strong fit for the position.
“Taylor is a proven leader who understands the importance of building strong teams and delivering exceptional experiences,” said Craig Brosenne, president of Hagadone Marine Group, in a statement. “His leadership approach and operational mindset align with our vision for Hagadone Marine Center.”
As general manager, Fore will oversee sales, service, storage and marina operations. His priorities include improving coordination across departments, strengthening operational performance and maintaining the customer experience the company is known for.
Hagadone Marine Group has operated on Lake Coeur d’Alene for more than 80 years and continues to invest in leadership and growth across its boating operations.
Fore lives in North Idaho with his wife, Jenna, and their three children.
