On Sunday, the boys beat Grandview (51-28), Ellensburg (59-51), and Tumwater (59-55) in double overtime in the championship game played at The Podium in Spokane. "To play a total of six games over the course of three days at the highest level of competition, you’ve got to be tough mentally, physically and emotionally," head coach Ashleigh Mire said. "With relentless determination, our boys from Sandpoint found a way to finish at the very top." The 6-0 effort put the team's overall season record at 43-5.
