Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311A and 31-710(4), of proposed fee increases and new fees for the Coeur d’Alene Airport. Such fees include: 1. In General a. The purpose of this schedule is to set policy for collection of fees to support operations, maintenance, and improvements of the Coeur d’Alene Airport and provide ratepayers a planning tool for future increases. 2. Guidelines for Use a. These Airport fees apply in the absence of any contract or lease to the contrary. b. These Airport fees may be reviewed annually. Airport fee increases of more than 5% are subject to the requirements of Idaho Code 63-1311A, and a public hearing will be held as required by law. 3. Airport Fees are set annually by Resolution. Each fee may be reviewed annually by the Airport staff and Airport Advisory Board for recommended changes to the Board of County Commissioners. 4. Fee changes greater than 5% a. Airport fees have been reviewed by an advisory sub-committee and the Airport Advisory Board. See attached schedule.
