The 5-foot-8 senior point guard was an unsung hero at both ends as the Lumberjacks won the state 3A boys basketball championship recently. "Jack came to me at the beginning of the season and said 'Coach, we got a lot of mouths to feed. I’m going to make sure they get fed first,'" coach Bryan Chase said. "Jack had some huge moments at state including a 7-0 run of his own (a four-point play, followed by a 3-pointer) in the state championship. He defines all the ideals of a true Lumberjack."
