Teresa Gross, 54

Teresa Gross was born April 8, 1971, In Bonners Ferry, Idaho, to Roy and Marie Gross. She was the fourth child out of six. She passed away unexpectedly March 3, 2026, in Lewiston, Idaho

Teresa had a God-given gift: She dedicated her life to helping people! She was of service to children and others. Teresa worked at Kramer Childcare until around 2012. She then went to work at Head Start in Lewiston. For the last 7 1/2 years she worked at Community Living, where she was essential in caring for her clients with compassion. They all held a big place in her heart; Teresa became close to a couple of her co-workers who ended up becoming family. 

She loved math and would do math problems for fun. She tutored many people in math including at the local college. She helped a coworker with math so they could graduate college. She also helped another coworker’s son get through middle school math.

Teresa has a heart of gold and would help out whoever needed it. She always found a way to help others. She will be missed by all that loved and cared for her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Gross; father, Roy Gross; and sister, Vicki. She is survived by her brothers, Corey Gross and Casey Gross; sisters, Val Gross and Tracy Nystrom; and niece, nephews, cousins. 

There will be two memorial services: one in Lewiston Idaho, on April 4, 2026, at 2 p.m.  and the other in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, on April 11 at 2 p.m. Bonners Ferry will be her final resting place. In her honor you are welcomed to wear tie-dye or sports-related themed items. Teresa’s specific teams were the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks.
