Baseball: Braves fall to Hamilton on road

HAMILTON — Bridger Huddleston doubled and drove in a pair of runs as Hamilton defeated Flathead 11-1 in high school baseball Friday afternoon.
Liam Rech knocked in Dillon Wink for the lone run of the game for the Braves (1-1) in the first inning. Wink went 2-for-2 in the game.
Rech threw three innings for the Braves, while Landen Jacobson threw one.
Brady DeMoss added two RBIs for the Broncs (1-0), who used a five-run first inning to take control of the game.
Landon Ekin threw two shutout innings for Hamilton, allowing two hits.
Flathead is back in action on Tuesday at Missoula Big Sky.
