Rathdrum Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Ashley Cameron will step down after six years. Her last day of work will be March 31.

"When I reflect on my time here, what stands out most are not just the events, the growth, or the milestones we’ve achieved together, but the relationships," Cameron said. "The connections I have built with each of you, the trust you have placed in me and the opportunity to serve your businesses and this community have been some of the greatest honors of my life."

Angela Henderson will be stepping into the role of executive director.

"She brings fresh energy, strong leadership and a genuine passion for community, qualities that will continue to move this organization forward in meaningful ways," Cameron said.

Cameron shared that she felt pride that the Rathdrum Chamber is known for its passion, resilience and commitment to the area.

"Although I am stepping away from this role, Rathdrum and this chamber will always hold a special place in my heart," Cameron said. "Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journeys, your businesses and your lives. It has been a privilege beyond measure."
