NO. 31968 West Glacier Elementary # 8 RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO IMPOSE AN INCREASE/DECREASE IN LEVIES As an essential part of Its budgeting process, the West Glacier School Board of Trustees is authorized by law to impose levies to support its budget. The West Glacier School Board of Trustees estimates the following increase/decreases in revenues and mills for the funds noted below for the next school fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, using certified taxable valuations from the current school fiscal year as provided by the district. Building Reserve Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $440.00 decrease change. Estimated change in Mills: 0.10 mill decrease. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is $1.60 decrease and on a home of $300,000 a $4.81 decrease. Estimated change in the Transportation Fund is a 6.2 decrease change in mills and $11.14 decrease on a home of $100,000 and $33.41 decrease on a home of $300,000. Estimated Change in the Tuition Fund Is a .04 decrease in mills and $0.99 decrease on a home of $100,000 and $2.98 decrease on a home of $300,000. Regarding the building reserve levy referenced above, the following are school facility maintenance projects anticipated to be completed at this time are Repair and Maintenance of West Glacier Elementary. NO. 31976 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNEXATION TO OLNEY RURAL FIRE DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 7-33-2125(1)(b), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a petition to annex territory into the Olney Rural Fire District. WHEREAS, the property to be annexed is legally described as follows: S22, T32 N, R24 W, ACRES 40, TR 1A IN NE4SE4 The Board of Commissioners has received a petition in writing by the owner of 100% of the land of the area to be annexed asking that such area be annexed into the Olney Rural Fire District by transferring the property as described above into the Olney Rural Fire District.
