NO. 32033 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Green Tree Meadows Water and Sewer District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to prepare a Water System Preliminary Engineering Report (PER). The project will be partially funded through a  planning grant from the Montana Coal Endowment Program (MCEP). Engineering services will include evaluation of existing water system conditions,  identification of deficiencies, development and evaluation of improvement alternatives  with cost estimates, preparation of a Capital Improvement Plan, consideration of environmental impacts, public involvement, and assistance with funding strategies. The District may also retain the selected firm for future design, bidding, construction, and grant administration services.
