SCOTUS: Coverage just Dem talking points

The Cd'A Press published the main media talking point memo from Barack Obama and other Democrat worthies that SCOTUS had “weakened” voter rights in its Louisiana decision.  

This interpretation is intellectual flatulence, when you read the brief. 

Torturing a map to produce “elected officials” of a preferred race... any race... is prima facie illegal under the Voters Rights Act. The Texas redistricting kerfuffle of earlier this year came out of exactly the same issue, please note.

Understandably, Democrats are in full howl about the decision. I mean, imagine if a similar view was applied to districts in a number of Democrat states which have no Republican representation in the Congress, with 20-40% of the voters in the state being Republicans? What about the voting rights of those voters excluded from representation in Congress? If you really listen to Democrats, this is only “correct.” James Carville has made it clear...”Run like a Spanberger, govern like a Spanberger.”   

And who are the real fascists?
