MINERAL GOUNTY’S NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRINCI PAL CONSULTANT..ARCH ITECT FOR COUNTY’S BUI LDI NGS Please be advised that MINERAL COUNTY, a political subdivision of the state of Montana, is now soliciting statements (packets) of qualifications and experience to be used in selecting a Principal Consultant (architect, design engineer or other firm) to provide ARCHITECT SERVICES for Mineral County’s buildings, including but not limited to the Mineral County Courthouse’s front entry facade, Mineral County Detention Center mechanical and electrical system renovations and reroof project. Current design options for this project and others have been developed through a recent Preliminary Architecture Report and the projects need implemented.
