NO. 32057 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a request to amend the text of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations.  The proposed text amendment would amend Sections 3.09.020, 3.09.030, 3.10.020, 3.10.030, 3.11.020, 3.11.030, 3.12.020, 3.12.030, 3.13.020, 3.13.030, 3.14.020, and 3.14.030 to change clustering from a conditional use to a permitted use in the R-2.5, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, and R-5 zones; remove Section 4.05 Cluster Housing Development in Residential Districts; add R-2.5, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, and R-5 to Section 5.09 Residential Clustering, increase density allowance; add performance standards related to wildfire risk mitigation, and bonus density standards in R-2.5, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, and R-5 zones; add bulk and dimensional requirements, to Section 5.09 Residential Clustering; and add definitions to Chapter 8 for Workforce Housing, Sub Lot and Townhouse in of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations.
