PREP TENNIS: Coeur d'Alene, Lake City teammates to face off for spot at state

COEUR d’ALENE — Coeur d’Alene’s Grant Johnson and Samuel Mandel each won semifinal matches in straight sets on Thursday at the 6A District 1 tournament at Coeur d'Alene High to advance to the boys singles final today. 

Lake City’s Alex Walker and Savannah Spencer also won in straight sets in the semifinals, and will meet in the girls singles final. 

The top two finishers advance to state next Friday and Saturday at the Appleton Tennis Complex in Boise.
