Karen Kleiv, 71

Karen Margaret (Richter) Kleiv, 71, passed peacefully in the arms of the man who loved her the most. Initially diagnosed with cancer in February 1991, Karen's final battle ended Dec. 18, 2025, with loved ones by her side. 

Born and raised in Montana, she developed the tenacity and wit that would define her character. Karen leaves behind a legacy of strength, resilience and unapologetic authenticity. 

A formidable woman whose demand for excellence served her well throughout her remarkable life. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void for those who knew her.
