CALL FOR BIDS CITY OF WARDEN WEST 1ST STREET (SR 170) PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Warden, 121 South Main Street, Warden, Washington, 98857, up to 10:00 a.m.: local time on Thursday, May 28, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct West 1st Street (SR 170) Pedestrian Improvements. This Contract provides for the construction of new sidewalks, including driveways, ADA compliant curb ramp improvements, and associated storm drainage along West 1st Street (SR 170), from South County Road to the east edge of Railroad Right-of-way, including but not limited to excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, driveway entrances, hot mix asphalt pavement repair, storm sewer pipes, precast concrete drywells, catch basins, pavement marking, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be physically complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Washington.
