Track does well at Archie Roe meet in Kalispell

Solli Bullemer won the pole vault at the Archie Roe track meet Saturday in Kalispell to lead the Wildkats to a third-place finish overall. Bullemer cleared 11 feet for the title.

Mila Johns also had a great meet for the girls, winning the 3,200 in 12:14:67, just ahead of teammate Findley Dezzani, who took second with a 12:15.52. The Kats also won the 1,600 relay with Cora Hannan, Mila Johns, Ashley Andrews, Peyton Ross each running a leg. Other notable girls’ scores included a third-place finish in the 400 relay; Rachell Ruther was fifth in the shot put; Peyton Ross was second in the long jump and Maddy Barker was fifth in the triple jump.

The boys took fourth.

Jett Brandeberry was third in the 100 meters; Miles Colliander was fifth in the 110 hurdles and the boys were fourth in 400 relay and second in the 1,600 relay. Joe West took fourth in the discus and the javelin.

Banyan Johnston took fourth in the high jump. Tristian Archuletta was second in the pole vault. 

Easton Brooks was third in the long jump.
