PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Request for Statements of Qualifications Beverly Water District is requesting qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services related to the environmental review, design, and construction administration for the Beverly Water Distribution System Project. The project involves establishing a looped water system, reducing dead-end lines, improving water circulation, and making more connections available. Major components include approximately 11,000 feet of water mains and associated valves, fire hydrants, service connections appurtenances, and surface restoration. Phase 1 will include the development of 100 RV parking and storage spaces, construction of both gated access points, drainage improvements, and construction of Storage Buildings 1, 3, 5, and 7. Phase 2 will include the construction of Storage Buildings 2, 4, 6, and 8, totaling 30,400 square feet of enclosed storage area, as well as a 2,000-square-foot office building.
