David C. Johnston, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
David was born April 24, 1960, and died alone at his residence on April 14.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Dr. Clarence and Patricia Johnston.
He is survived by “The Brothers.”
Services will not be planned.
