Jane Sauter is the real Republican in LD1A race

In this fraught political environment, a little levity is always appreciated. So, Mark Sauter’s recent campaign literature was a laugh out loud moment for its flagrant fabrications and exaggerations. 

Mark Sauter advertises himself as a conservative who supports Idaho values. His voting record, which he apparently thinks we are too lazy or stupid to reference, unequivocally validates that he is not a conservative nor a Republican (not even a RINO) but actually a Democrat masquerading in Republican conservative clothing.

Mark voted against: 

• School choice of any kind,

• Banning men from women’s locker rooms, and private spaces.

• Declaring Idaho recognizes only two genders

• Banning DEI in classrooms

• Restricting illegals from getting benefits

• Medical Freedom Act restricting mask, and vaccine mandates. 

• Spending: Has done virtually nothing to restrict our exploding spending — which exceeds both inflation and population growth.

• Abortion: He supports the proposed ballot initiative to dramatically reduce restrictions on abortions.

• Taxes: He has opposed significant property or income tax relief and resisted across-the-board cuts to address our $100M-plus deficit.

He is not supported by any legitimate Republican organization in the entire state and his money comes from “fat cat” PACs of industry who want a compliant “do nothing” legislator and from Democrats who invade and hijack our Republican primary:

Mark Sauter is worse than a non-entity, lackluster legislator. He has demonstrated his unworthiness for this position by his outrageously false campaign promotions.

Why would anyone trust him on anything?

Vote for Jane Sauter (no relation). She's the real Republican in the race!
