Carsons celebrate 70th anniversary

Tom and Phyllis Carson of Kalispell are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on May 17, 2026. They were married in 1956 in Yelm, Washington. 

During Tom's time in the army they lived in many different locations, including Alaska, California, and Germany before moving to the Flathead Valley in 1969. 

They bought a home in the Lake Blaine area and stayed there for 50 years before downsizing and moving into Kalispell in 2019. 

Together they have three children, Heather Nixon, Willow Feller and Miles Carson, eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
