LPOSD bus drivers excel at competition

LPOSD recently hosted the Regional Bus Safety Competition, bringing together 15 drivers from four North Idaho districts to compete in a series of driving and safety challenges focused on student transportation safety.
Drivers were tested through 10 scored events, including railroad crossings, backing maneuvers, curb approach accuracy, parallel parking, and precision turns. The competition is designed to highlight the skill, professionalism, and safety knowledge required to safely transport students every day.
