NO. 32072 The Montana Departments of Commerce and Public Health and Human Services  Announce a Joint Public Hearing for the 2025-2026 Consolidated Annual  Performance and Evaluation Report The 2025-2026 CAPER, which reports accomplishments and progress on Consolidated  Plan goals for the State of Montana’s Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Housing Trust Fund, and Emergency Solutions Grant programs is available for public comment from May 26, 2026 to June 12, 2026. The 2025-2026 CAPER covers the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Public  comments regarding the 2025-2026 CAPER must be submitted to the address or email below no later than June 12, 2026 at 5 p.m. MST.  For more information and to provide oral comments, the public is invited to attend a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 2 p.m. MST. The public hearing will be held on Zoom and presentation materials will be available on Commerce’s  website at https://commerce.mt.gov/Infrastructure-Planning/Resources/ConsolidatedPlan/ prior to the public hearing. The State of Montana will consider any comments or views provided in writing during the specified comment periods or orally during the public hearing.
