The local Experimental Aircraft Association’s first huckleberry pancake breakfast of the season is set for Saturday, May 30, at the Boundary County Airport. The breakfast will run from 8 to 10 a.m. and welcomes fly-ins, drive-ins and walk-ins alike.

Hosted by EAA Chapter 757, the popular community breakfasts feature pancakes, eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee. A $12 donation is suggested, with proceeds supporting future breakfasts and aviation scholarships for aspiring pilots.

Community members are invited to enjoy breakfast, visit with neighbors, and take a closer look at the aircraft on display. Organizers say everyone is welcome to attend.

Additional breakfasts are scheduled for June 27, July 25, Aug. 29 and Sept. 26, all held on the last Saturday of the month at the Boundary County Airport, 64602 U.S. 2.
