PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Request for Statements of Qualifications Beverly Water District is requesting qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services related to the environmental review, design, and construction administration for the Beverly Water Distribution System Project. The project involves establishing a looped water system, reducing dead-end lines, improving water circulation, and making more connections available.
