SANDPOINT — Northwest Auto Body has been named as the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce’s May Business of the Month, honoring the company’s outstanding commitment to service, leadership, and community impact.
In a world where businesses come and go, Northwest Auto Body has been part of the Sandpoint community for half a century. That only happens because of people ― loyal customers, hardworking employees, supportive families, trusted insurance partners and fellow local businesses who continue to believe in the company year after year. The business provides major auto body collision repair service in the northern Idaho region and is gold-class certified by I-CAR – an international organization which promotes the highest level of technical skill in the collision industry.
The community has always mattered deeply to Northwest Auto Body. They have raised more than $30,000 for the food bank through Deervember and supported the Sandpoint Rotary Club, Friends of the Pend Oreille Bay Trail and North Idaho College through volunteerism or donation. The company also participates in the Sandpoint High School auto body program and is proud to support local youth sports and other organizations because they believe that investing in Sandpoint’s young people means investing in the future of this town.
“Our job is about more than repairing vehicles. It’s about helping people get back to normal. That has been our mission for 50 years,” said David Keyes.
