Della Mae Shultz, 79

Della Mae Shultz, born Dec. 13, 1946, in Baker City, Ore., passed away peacefully at her home in Thompson Falls, Mont., on May 13, 2026. She was surrounded by family and her faithful dog, Knolla, who remained by her side until her passing.

Della was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Bonnie DeMasters; her beloved husband, Daniel Shultz; and three of her children: Angela, Dianna and Danny Joe. Her memory lives on through her surviving children — Sherrie Shultz, Larry Shultz and Jerry Shultz — who reside at the family home in Thompson Falls.

In accordance with Della's wishes, no formal services will be held. However, a celebration of life is planned for the near future to honor her memory and the love she shared with those around her.
