They are the Alberton Panthers’ running men, and their running is taking them all the way to the State C meet in Laurel later this week.

Senior Shea Fredette, now a divisional meet champion, and sophomore Devin Hill won their ways to Laurel in the Western B meet in Missoula last week, Fredette by claiming first place in his race of choice the 800 meters (in a fine time of 2:02.87) and Hill by winning second place in the 3200 meters (in 11:42.98) and fourth in the 800 (2:07.82), both career best times.

The Panther pair combined to score 22 team points for Alberton in Missoula.
