NO. 32131 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a change in the zoning designation in a portion of the Evergreen Zoning District from ‘R-1 Suburban Residential’ to ‘R-4 Two Family Residential’ for property located at 466 East Reserve Drive near Kalispell, Montana. The boundaries of the areas proposed to be amended from ‘R-1 Suburban Residential’ to ‘R-4 Two Family Residential’ are described as: Parcel B of Certificate of Survey No. 21673 located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. NO. 32137 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (DEQ) DEQ will hold a public meeting for the Drinking Water and the Water Pollution Control State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Programs on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Helena and online. DEQ invites public comment on the Base and Supplemental Intended Use Plans and proposed Project Priority List for State Fiscal Year 2027, the Emerging Contaminant Intended Use Plan and proposed Project Priority List for State Fiscal Year 2027, and the Amended Lead Service Line Replacement Intended Use Plan. The Intended Use Plans identify the intended uses of funds in the loan program and describe how the goals of the program will be satisfied. The Project Priority Lists identify projects that are eligible to be funded with loan monies authorized and appropriated to the State of Montana through Federal Fiscal Year 2026 funding.
