Six-time Grammy-nominated artist and songwriter Sierra Hull is coming to Kalispell July 14.
Widely considered one of acoustic music’s most inventive artists, Hull has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry and the White House. She has also shared the stage with Alison Krauss, Eric Clapton, Sturgill Simpson, Slash and Robert Randolph, according to her bio at sierrahull.com.
In addition to the Grammy nominations, Hull is a seven-time International Bluegrass Music Association Mandolin Player of the Year. Her latest album, “A Tip Toe High Wire,” marks a new chapter as her first independent release, spotlighting her songwriting and instrumental prowess, featuring guest appearances by Béla Fleck, Tim O’Brien and Aoife O'Donovan. The project is nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Best Bluegrass Album.
In 2025, Hull performed on NPR’s “Tiny Desk Concert” and “The Kelly Clarkson Show” in support of her newest album. Building on an already accomplished year, Hull became the first female artist honored with a Gibson signature mandolin and was also awarded the Tennessee Governor’s Distinguished Artist Award.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. in McClaren Hall at the Wachholz College Center, 795 Grandview Dr., Kalispell.
Tickets are $40, which includes service fees and may be purchased online at wccmt.org or by calling the ticket office at 406-756-1400.
