TO: DOES 1 - 10, UNKNOWN OWNERS OR CLAIMANTS, their heirs, devisees, successors, and assigns, and any other person or entity claiming any title, right, interest or equity in the following-described real property located in the County of Kootenai, State of Idaho, to-wit: That portion of Tract 39 of Lakeshore Addition to Sunnyside, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book C of Plats at Page 64 (all references to recorded documents herein are per Records of Kootenai County, Idaho), being situated in the NW1/4 of Section 33, Township 50 North, Range 3 West, B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 1” iron pipe in concrete as set by Ray Kindler in August, 1956, said monument being found and shown on subsequent surveys, including an unrecorded 1977 survey by Fulton and surveys recorded as Instrument Numbers 909724, 2172703000 and 2930020000, said point being on the south boundary of said Tract 39, from which the North 1/4 Corner of said Section 33 bears North 20°21’43” East 1,471.82 feet, thence North 82°05’18” West along the south boundary of said Tract 39, 52.90 feet, more or less, to a point on the southeasterly boundary of that certain property described in Quitclaim Deed from East Side Highway District to Seale recorded under Instrument Number 2071255000, said point being monumented by a 1/2” iron pin set in concrete as shown on said Record of Survey recorded as Instrument Number 2930020000; thence North 51°09’01” East along said southeasterly boundary 21.42 feet, more or less, to the easterly-most corner of said property described in Instrument Number 2071255000; thence North 30°38’07” West along the northeasterly boundary of said property, 31.74 feet, more or less, to the northerly-most corner of said property, said point being on the southeasterly boundary of Tract 18 of said Lakeshore Addition to Sunnyside; thence North 38°26’32” East along said southeasterly boundary of Tract 18, 87.88 feet, more or less, to the southerly boundary of that certain property described as ‘Exhibit F’ in Lot Line Adjustment Deed recorded as Instrument Number 2559722000; thence South 69°25’38” East along said southerly boundary, 186.76 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwesterly boundary of that certain property described in Deed Book 145, Page 312 and shown on Records of Survey recorded as Instrument Numbers 1348960 and 1640882; thence South 52°10’53” West along said northwesterly boundary, 105.10 feet, more or less, to the most southerly corner of Tract 39 of said Lakeshore Addition to Sunnyside, said point being the northeasterly corner of that certain property described in Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument Number 2738757000; thence North 82°03’52” West along the northerly boundary of said property 95.50 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner thereof, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING. Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the Court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case Number, and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court by mail or physically at 324 W.
