NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during their meeting on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, which begins at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. Lake St., Sandpoint, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on City Application No. PS26-0001 request for approval of a preliminary plat to subdivide two parcel’s (RPS00000108151A & RPS00000108290A) Consisting of ±4.6 acres to create twenty-six lots, along with associated public infrastructure. The legal description of the parcel’s are 10-57N-2W S2 LOT 15, LESS S 104FT OF W 258FT & LESS N 116FT OF W 110FT & 10-57N-2W S 104FT OF W 258FT OF LOT 15, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
