ACCIDENT: Need to know more

Please do a full transparent investigation on the facts that surround the fatal accident in Hayden that killed or seriously injured two people in their home. We need to know why a person with 48 arrests is allowed free.

I assume that since the suspect was released from prison the day before that he does not have a valid driver’s license or insurance. Was the truck stolen or did someone allow him to drive their truck that day? If someone loaned him the truck, they should be held civilly accountable.

Look into the history of all of those arrests. Did the prosecutor file charges in those cases or how many times was he charged and acquitted. If he was sentenced, what was his exposure and what did he actually receive in those cases. How many times was he put on probation and how many times did he violate probation or parole?

I believe in giving people second chances but after many, many arrests he should have been getting the maximum sentence every time. We also need to know what role our local judges had in letting this guy go so many times.
