NOISE: Post Falls also afflicted

I feel for the people having to tolerate loud vehicles on Sherman. Post Falls has the same issue but possibly worse. Year-round, regardless of weather, people are taking over the Q’melin Park parking lot (sometimes as late as 2 a.m.) to rev engines and make “donuts.” Sometimes it is one car and sometimes a dozen. When they are finished, they race over the Spokane Street bridge or up and down Riverview Drive. 

I have called the police dozens of times but since the police do not patrol the area, nothing changes. At least Sherman has officers there to ticket the offenders.
