Royce, a senior, won the 4A District 1 boys title on Oct. 22 at The Course Spokane Valley, then finished third in the state meet last Saturday at the Portneuf Wellness Complex in Pocatello in 16 minutes, 15.7 seconds, helping the Tiger boys win their first team title in program history. "Caleb's leadership this year has been outstanding," Timberlake coach Shawn Lawler said. "Our training this year have been focused on this moment, and Caleb was a huge part of that."
