This week's Athlete of the Week is Jacob Best of Priest River football.

The Spartans' junior quarterback was active on both sides of the ball in Priest River's playoff game against New Plymouth. Best threw for two touchdowns, completed over 80% of his passes and nabbed an interception he nearly took back to the house. Best's efforts helped Priest River Lamanna claim their first playoff win in school history.
