NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE Case No. CV28-26-6484 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KOOTENAI IN RE: MUHAMMAD ABDUL ALMUSTAFA, A petition to change the name of MUHAMMAD ABDUL ALMUSTAFA, now residing in the City of COEUR D’ALENE, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in Kootenai County, Idaho. The name will change to ALEXANDER THEODORE VANDERBILT. The reason for the change in name is: I, Muhammad Abdul Almustafa, respectfully submit this declaration in support of my petition to legally change my name to Alexander Theodore Vanderbilt. I am requesting this name change because my personal identity, beliefs, and understanding of myself have changed significantly. I was previously known as Muhammad Abdul Almustafa and was raised and identified with the Muslim faith. I have since made the personal decision to leave Islam and have converted to Christianity. As a result of this change in my faith and personal identity, I no longer identify with or feel represented by my current legal name, Muhammad Abdul Almustafa. My name, Alexander Theodore Vanderbilt, better reflects the identity by which I wish to live and be known going forward. This request is not being made for the purpose of avoiding debts, evading law enforcement, concealing my identity, defrauding another person, or avoiding any legal obligation. I am seeking this change in good faith because I sincerely wish for my legal name to correspond with my present identity and the person I have become. I understand that a legal name change is a significant matter. I respectfully ask the Court to recognize my right to establish a name that reflects my current identity and beliefs and to grant my petition to change my name from Muhammad Abdul Almustafa to Alexander Theodore Vanderbilt. I make this declaration truthfully and respectfully and request that the Court grant the relief sought in my petition. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on October 19, 2026, at the Kootenai County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change. Date: 3rd Sept, 2026 Jennifer Locke CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT /s/Jasmine Martinez Deputy Clerk CDA#20261 AD#52231 Sept. 10, 17, 24, & Oct. 1, 2026 _________________________
