Women’s health presentation — 9:30-10:10 a.m. Oct. 1 at Mission Fitness, 805 7th St. E., Polson; learn about women’s health with this week's topic of maintaining and growing bone, ligament and tendon strength through exercise, diet and recovery. Harvest Festival at St. Ignatius — 3:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at 240 Mountain View Dr., St. Ignatius Fitness Center; the Harvest Festival is a community-centered, family-friendly event that will include health education, dry meat, games and more.
Climate Cafe Polson: Potluck and conversation – 5:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Flathead Lakers office, 110 Main St., Suite B, in Polson; Mike Durglo, climate change coordinator for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT), will share information about CSKT’s recent climate change efforts and projects.
