NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given the City Council of the City of Oldtown will hold a public hearing on Monday October 19, 2026 beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Oldtown City Hall located at 215 N. Washington Avenue, Oldtown, Idaho to receive testimony regarding a conditional use permit request by Venergy Group LLC to allow structures, storage and yard activities associated with Albani Falls Dam maintenance. The conditional use permit is proposed to be limited to 10 years. The property is generally located on the eastern side and northern end of N. Montana Ave. and more particularly described as: Block 14, Lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15,17,18 through 30, 32, 33, and Tax 20 and Tax 21 of Section 24, Township 56 North, Range 6 West of the plat of Newport Addition to Oldtown.
