Eddy weak on crime
Amy Eddy has a very slick ad saying she is not political. Nothing could be farther from the truth. She is a liberal judicial activist as is most of the current Montana Supreme Court.
She was part of the first climate case that was dismissed when the Supreme Court was less political. Eddy supported banning oil, gas and coal in Montana.
Her supporters Montana For Freedom and Responsibility have put out a disgusting dirty ad about Judge Dan Wilson. If she were in fact apolitical and ethical, she would disavow this ad, but she will not. It makes it seem like Wilson is weak on crime. All you have to do is read the court reports in the paper to see Eddy always gives little or no time to most cases. Wilson is a fair and honest judge.
Wilson could drag her record through the mud like her supporters did his, but it is hard for an ethical judge to do. If you want a judge to follow the written law and not make up whatever the they want that day, then you must vote for Dan Wison.

Forstag a regular guy
Sam Forstag understands what it’s like to be a regular Montanan. He’s a smokejumper who attended the University of Montana. His mom was a nurse and his dad was a teacher. A family of regular Montanans.
Forstag has spent his life helping protect the forests that make our state special and, between fire seasons, protecting the rights of Montana workers through his work with labor unions. His platform is dedicated to helping real Montanans with healthcare, housing, education and other pressing concerns.
We must elect Sam Forstag for U.S. House for District 1.

Send Flint to Congress
Aaron Flint was working for Sen. Conrad Burns in Washington, D.C. when terrorists attacked on 9/11. He came home, enrolled at the University of Montana and enlisted in the military. He served more than 20 years in Iraq and Afghanistan. Aaron showed up to lead when it was dangerous.
Like President Ronald Reagan, Aaron Flint is an excellent communicator. For over a decade, he hosted Montana Talks, fielding calls from ranchers, loggers, veterans, teachers and everyday people.
He learned about issues across Montana by spending time on the ground, bridging the divide and helping people better understand the world around them. Aaron grew up in a working-class family. He relates to people by experience, not just as talking points. He will push to pass the SAVE Act and address the needs of everyday Americans first. His extraordinary wife, Jessica, works with Alliance Defending Freedom to protect the rights to free speech and association within churches.
Aaron is pro-business and wants to balance economic and environmental interests, such as better forest management to mitigate wildfires. He understands America needs energy. While our workers also need high-paying wages, even the Carpenter’s Union 82 in Butte has endorsed him.
Aaron has directly seen acts of terrorism and our enemy’s playbook. He supports border security from hard-earned wisdom. His military service gives him a deeper understanding of international security and conflict. As our country navigates war in the Middle East, I want someone in Congress who is strategic and values America’s long-term interests.
These are just some of the reasons Aaron would be the best person for the job. Please join me in voting for Aaron.
Montanans have been talking to Aaron Flint for years. Now let’s send him to Congress to speak for us.

Peachy is a leader
As your sheriff, I am entrusted with protecting the people who call the Flathead home. That responsibility gives me a unique perspective on the challenges facing our families, businesses, first responders and communities.
Strong communities require strong public safety, responsible leadership, and elected officials who are willing to listen to the people they serve.
That is why I am supporting Derek Peachey for House District 3.
I have gotten to know Derek as someone who understands that leadership is about responsibility, not simply holding a title. He is approachable, community-oriented and willing to listen to different viewpoints. That is especially important in politics, where good leadership requires hearing from others, considering different perspectives and making thoughtful decisions.
Derek understands that decisions made in Helena have real impacts here at home. His focus on public safety, responsible growth, fire preparedness and strong communities reflects issues that directly affect the people we serve every day.
As the Flathead continues to grow, we need leaders who will work with law enforcement, first responders, businesses, families and community organizations. We also need elected officials who remain accessible and remember who they were elected to serve.
I believe Derek will bring a practical, community-focused approach to representing House District 3. He is willing to show up, listen, and do the work.
This November, I am supporting Derek Peachey for representative in House District 3.
