The Northwest Montana Association of Realtors has recognized three of its members for outstanding achievement in the real estate industry and their communities.

Tricia Brisendine, Lindsey Erickson, and Michael Lancaster were first honored at NMAR's golf tournament in July, and were celebrated again at Realtor Night Out, the association's annual gala, on Oct. 1 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell.

Tricia Brisendine was named Realtor of the Year. Brisendine, of Lifetime Montana Real Estate, received NMAR's highest honor, presented annually to a member who best exemplifies professional skill, business ethics, and industry leadership.

From leading her own brokerage to serving in NMAR leadership and advocating for Montana housing, Brisendine has made a lasting impact both inside and outside the real estate industry. Her dedication to the Realtor Code of Ethics, her community, and the next generation of leaders sets her apart.

Lindsey Erickson was named Rookie of the Year. Erickson, of PureWest Real Estate, was named Rookie of the Year, an award recognizing a new Realtor member who best embodies the Realtor image and has proven themselves in the market.

She spent 25 years building a career in the technology and services side of the insurance industry, eventually retiring as CEO of a national flood services company before starting an entirely new chapter in real estate.

Since joining PureWest in August 2025, Erickson has jumped into association involvement and community service, from partnering with the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation to teach floodplain management courses for fellow agents to volunteering with Daybreak Rotary Club, Shepherd's Hand, and the Red Cross.

Michael Lancaster earned the Good Neighbor Award. Lancaster, of Lancaster and Company, received NMAR's Good Neighbor Award, which recognizes Realtors who make an extraordinary impact through community service and includes a $1,000 grant for the recipient's charity of choice.

What began as an Eagle Scout project idea for his son grew into a 20-acre sports park serving families across North Lincoln County. Lancaster has spent the past seven years personally helping build nearly every part of the park, from ice and roller rinks to soccer fields, trails, and pickleball courts.

NMAR represents more than 1,300 real estate professionals across Flathead, Lincoln, and Lake counties. For more information, contact Jeri Moon, [email protected] or 406-752-4314.
