Columbia Basin Herald | UPDATED 3 hours, 8 minutes AGO
Brody Craig Milbrandt, 29, passed suddenly on Sept. 30, 2026. He was born Feb. 22, 1997, in Moses Lake, Washington.
Brody was active in sports throughout his school years, but football and golf were his particular passions. After graduating from MLHS, Brody attained a CDL and worked for Grant County Public Works. But his passion for golf took him down a different career path. Moving to Chandler, Arizona, Brody began a career at the Raven Golf Course, while simultaneously pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which he completed in 2023. And while his home was in Arizona, his heart was still in Moses Lake. Brody kept in regular contact with so many friends and family in Grant County, and returned frequently to celebrate milestone events, or just play a round of golf with those who were so much a part of his life.
Brody is survived by his parents Buck Milbrandt and Renea and Jeff Kehl; his brother Brooks Milbrandt; and his grandparents Butch and Lisa Milbrandt, Kathie King, Jim and Dee Starcher and Irene Packard; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of Brody’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2026, at the Paradise Banquet Hall, located in the Best Western Hotel at 2928 W Marina Drive, Moses Lake. A meal will follow the service.
If you would like to wear your favorite golf shirt in memory of Brody, please do so.
In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage donations to the following charities Brody cared about so deeply: Ernie Els-Els for Autism and Russ Hansen Junior Golf.
