Edson Alberton Penado, 39, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County Superior Court warrant.  

Nathan Sergeevich Ulyanchuk, 22, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Oct. 6

Brandon Lee Holman, 34, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for two Dept. of Corrections arrest and detention orders, fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and harassment – domestic violence. 

Leobardo E. Ramos Delgado, 26, booked by Mattawa Police Dept. for DUI, failing to yield to emergency vehicle and second-degree driving with license suspended.  

George Walter Lewis, 56, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. and Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant and second-degree driving with license suspended. 

Lacey Larae Gwinn, 38, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant and Dept. Of Corrections arrest and detention order. 

Exzavior Cortez Reyes, 26, booked by Dept. Of Corrections for Dept. of Corrections arrest and detention order.
