NO. 2892 WHITEFISH PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    At the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM, the Commission will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Commission meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. The Commission recommendation on the following item will be forwarded to the Whitefish City Council for a subsequent public hearing on November 2, 2026. City Council meetings start at 7:10 PM and will also be held at City Hall.  1. A request by 93/Forty Ventures, LLC for a Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development overlay to develop a multi-building mixed-use development consisting of approximately 240 permanently deed-restricted affordable LIHTC multi-family units in eight residential buildings, along with four commercial buildings. The properties are either undeveloped or developed with a boat dealership and are zoned WB-T (Business Transitional District) and WCR (County Residential District). The properties are located at 6010, 140, 119, and 111 Highway 93 S, along with a portion of 5960 Highway 93 S, and can be legally described as Tract 7D, 7DA, Tract 7CLAB, Tract 7CD, and Tract 7CB in Section 12, Township 30N, Range 22W, P.M.M., Flathead County. (WPUD 26-01) Macdonald Documents pertaining to these agenda items are available for review at the Whitefish Planning & Building Department, 418 E Second Street, during regular business hours. The full application packets along with public comments and staff report will be available on the City’s webpage: www.cityofwhitefish.gov under Planning Commission one week prior to the public hearing date noted above.
