Carol passed away Sept. 21, 2026. She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Rubringer Jr.; her parents, Oscar and Irene Miller; her brother, Joe Miller; her sister, Sandra Hammer; her nephews, Joe Miller Jr. and Joshua Miller; and her niece, Tami Miller.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Rubringer Sr.; son Chad Rubringer; grandson Samual Dickens; Amanda Hoisington; and two granddaughters, Rylah and Romie; her brother, Gary Miller and his wife, Wendy; sister Diana Campbell; nieces Irene Hammer, Stephanie Miller, and Stacey Brearley; nephews Mark Hammer, Larry Hammer, Jesse Hammer, Shade Miller, and Thomas Hereth.

She loved going camping for years, then going to bingo with her family and the casino. She had an amazing laugh that could light up a room. She enjoyed being a homemaker and relaxing while watching TV when she retired from Kimball after 22 years. She absolutely loved her little Pomeranians, especially Cody.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Hayden Lake Eagles, 1520 W. Wyoming Ave., Hayden, ID 83835. It will be a potluck.
