NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES The City of Libby is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firm(s) experienced in disaster response, recovery, and related services in administrative documentation and funding reimbursements from State and Federal agencies for assistance in the Lower Flower Creek Reservoir Embankment Disaster Recovery (DR-4901) Project for which the City of Libby is receiving state and federal disaster assistance funding. Minimum requirements include previous experience working with and meeting requirements of State and Federal Grant agencies in managing administrative documentation and grant submissions for disaster recovery. The full RFQ requirements can be located at cityoflibby.com under “How do I” then “Applications”, picked up at Libby city hall, or emailed by request from [email protected]. The selection of the successful firm(s) will be based on an evaluation of the written responses and an interview if the City deems the latter is necessary. The award will be made to the most qualified firm whose submittal is deemed most advantageous to the City, all factors considered. Unsuccessful offerors will be notified as soon as possible.
