Already in the Montana 6-Man playoffs beginning Oct. 31, the Noxon Red Devils will host the Heart Butte Warriors Friday with potential playoff seeding on the line.

In Western conference 6-Man action last Friday, the Devils lost 43-6 to the Valier Panthers in Valier.

Coach Lucas MacArthur is realistic in his expectations of his painfully young Red Devils as his team advances into the post season. “The game with Heart Butte is for third and fourth place in the division,” he said. “For us, it really isn’t about winning as much as it is about getting another game, about gaining the experience that is going to help us in the long run. That’s what we’re concerned with.”

Caleb Mullet scored Noxon’s touchdown last week against Valier, MacArthur said adding that Zane Brown also had several good runs for the Red Devils in that game.
