Born in Seattle Washington to parents Glenn and Verna Stevens. Lisa Rose enlisted in the Army and was a proud member of the final graduating class of the Woman's Army Corps in 1977.
Shortly after, Lisa Rose met her eventual husband and love of her life, Monty, while both were stationed at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. The two joined their hands in marriage on January 25, 1978 and made their home in Washington state.
Lisa Rose shared her passions for God, her children, and her love for both music and animals.
Lisa Rose is survived by her husband, Monty; and her four children, Jay-Robert, Jason, Lisa-Marie, Elisabeth and her husband Robert; as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bonners Ferry.
