BONNERS FERRY — The Bonners Ferry Badgers couldn't keep up with the Timberlake Tigers in another five-set classic (25-17, 18-25, 25-21, 21-25, 10-15) last Wednesday.
The second straight loss for the Badgers in the best-of-3 series for the Intermountain League District title ends their season and makes the Tigers league champions. No other stats could be gathered from the game before the time of publishing.
Bonners Ferry fell to 7-13 overall and waits to see if their 13th ranking in MaxPreps will be enough to give them a state play-in game opportunity.
